How is AF Glass Manufactured?

- Incoming Material Visual Inspection: the original glass should be carefully inspect and discard the substandard glass raw materials;
- Glass Pre-treatment: Use a weak alkaline cleaning agent or solvent to remove oil, water, and other stains from the substrate surface; Ultrasonic cleaning yields better results in this process;
- AF Coating: Apply AF solution to the glass surface to form a film.
- Baking: After spraying, remove the glass and place it in an oven (at 120°C for 30 minutes). Adjust to the optimum settings based on specific requirements and product conditions;
- AF Glass Quality Check: After all the processes is completed, then produced af glass should through strict quality inspection, including hydrophilicity inspection, coating uniformity check and water droplet angle test;
