Tempered Glass Advantages

• High Strength: Tempered glass is obtained by firstly cutting the general annealed glass into the required size, then heating it to about 700 degrees near the softening point, and then cooling it quickly and evenly. According to different thickness of the glass, the selection of heating and cooling time is also different. After tempering treatment, the exterior of the glass constitutes uniform compressive stress, and the interior constitutes tensile stress, so that the bending and impact strength of the glass can be strengthened, and its strength is about four times more than the general annealed glass. The bending strength is 3~5 times more than that of general glass, and the impact strength is 5~10 times more than that of general glass.
